This market leading organisation has just created a new position and requires a Commercial Specification Manager to sell the company's full range of commercial eco friendly heating solutions. Well established in Europe, this company has received excellent press upon their entry into the UK market. A successful track record within specification sales selling any form of construction product is required for this role.
Commercial Specification Manager Eco Friendly Heating Solution Sales
JOB TITLE: Commercial Specification Manager.
AREA: Midlands.
BASED: Midlands.
BASIC: £30K - £33K.
OTE: £10K.
BENEFITS: Car allowance, mobile, laptop, pension, healthcare, company credit card and 25 days holiday + 8 days stat.
THE ROLE
·This market leading organisation has just created a new position and requires a Commercial Specification Manager to sell the company's full range of commercial eco friendly heating solutions.
·In this role the Commercial Specification Manager will be responsible for promoting their range of systems to design consultants, local authorities, heating engineers and contractors.
·Lead generation and internal sales support will be provided in this role along with extensive marketing support.
·All accounts won will be retained for future growth.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·A successful track record within specification sales selling any form of construction product is required for this role.
·The ideal candidate may well have an understanding of domestic or commercial heating systems.
·Candidates that are familiar with local authorities, architects, heating engineers or main contractors and have a good understanding of construction blue prints and technical drawings are sought for this position.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
