The Company
A market leading, industrial and automatic door manufacturer who supply into a range of end user markets including retail, commercial healthcare and leisure.
The Role
Identify and develop new sales opportunities from both new and existing customer base.
Develop prospective and existing customers to secure new enquiries for projects.
Actively develop new end user business through Commercial clients either direct or via specifiers and contractors.
Generate ongoing business and convert specifications through main contractors and sub contractors.
Create specifications through designers and other specifiers to ensure the company's products and services are designed into ongoing construction projects.
Negotiate project terms and conditions with all clients, including main contractors & end users.
The Candidate
Self motivated and goals orientated. Possess the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with the operation of the UK construction industry and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of sales achievement ideally within the automatic door industry.
Comfortable selling a technical product and have good technical appreciation.
A team player able to demonstrate successfully achieving results working with others to consistently exceed customer expectation
