Business Development Manager - Interiors (B2B) .

Our client is a fast expanding Main Contractor providing interior and exterior solutions for the Commercial construction industry, looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team and in generating and sourcing new business opportunities

Covering London and the South East, as Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling the company's wide range of Services from Fit out to Roofing solutions. With your drive and ambition to achieve in a highly competitive market, you will maintain and grow key accounts in-line with business objectives.
You will already have a strong network of architects, designers and end customers, you will build strong working relationships to achieve set targets.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Experience of working with architects and designers
- Knowledge of the interiors/exterior/roofing market
* Proven sales & influencing skills
* Skilled negotiator
* Fully skilled in PQQ/Tendering process
* Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections
* Have successfully sold into this market beforehand
* Energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
* Tenacious and resilient
* Self-motivated and requiring little support
As a Business Development Manager, you will already be a confident communicator looking to realise your value possessing the ability to use your initiative and work under pressure. With your flexible work ethic, you will consistently demonstrate an appreciation for providing an efficient and high quality service to the business and customers at all times.
