Account Manager - Specialist Fixing Products, Yorkshire

 

£27k £38k plus open ended earnings plus company car, mobile, excellent career progression opportunities

The Role

 

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to sell a wide range of high quality products helping to maintain this company's market leadership position within the construction industry.

 

As Account Manger, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will have responsibility for 

 

• Managing nominated customers in a geographical area, requiring the majority of your time on the road, proactively servicing their business needs.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities from existing customer base.
• Maximise business development opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• You will have demonstrated your abilities in developing strong customer relationships have a proven customer service focus and would be driven by the desire to achieve profitable business growth in a competitive market.

 

The Candidate

 

• The successful candidate will be self motivated and goal orientated and possess the  the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience, stay in a positive frame of mind (when the going gets tough), possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and above all  be sales driven.
• You will possess experience within an industrial or construction environment, a trade background or alternatively you may be a graduate with 2 years Sales experience from any industry looking to join an organisation with unique career progression opportunities
