Sales Executive - Power Tools - West Country / South Wales
Attractive £30 - £35k salary with excellent career progression and attractive benefits.
The Company
- Our client is an innovative and growing manufacturer of Power tools and Machinery supplied to Tool Hire Companies. They have an exceptional reputation within the hire industry and are recognised as leaders in their field
- They have a vast history spanning many years operations and their success is reflected in the high level of repeat business.
- They are now embarking on further national and international growth offering a unique opportunity to join their sales team.
- The company is seeking to appoint a Sales Executive to drive further growth in these sectors and to identify additional opportunities.
The Role
- Covering South Wales and South West England, you will be responsible for managing , training and developing relationships with their tool hire and distributor customers.
- A large proportion of your time will be dedicated to managing and maximising sales from existing customers and developing new business initiatives and strategies.
- You will receive intensive training and specific product knowledge to enable you to perform to the best of your ability.
The Candidate
- You will possess the ability to rapport build and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- You will be commercially aware possess experience within an industrial or construction environment, a tool hire/ plant hire background, or alternatively you may be a graduate with 2 years Sales experience from any industry.
- You will be a reliable person with an empathetic nature and have excellent organisational abilities and be able to demonstrate persuasive and influential negotiation techniques in a customer-facing environment.
- The successful applicant will be self confident and demonstrate excellent face-to-face communication skills.
- A commercial approach with a clear focus on standards and quality.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- A results orientated and target driven personality who has the credibility to relate to customers on a technical level.
