Construction Field Sales Executive - South East Competitive basic salary + commission + benefits The Role An exciting new opportunity, with an established supplier to the construction industry for an experienced Field Sales Executive, covering the North East region, comprising part account management and part new business. Key duties and responsibilities will include: · The sale of products and services to a specific customer base, optimising selling opportunities to increase growth and profitability. · Managing existing accounts to build successful, long term relationships, enabling maximum penetration to optimise product range and volume. · Targeting new customers by sourcing and qualifying leads to introduce the companys products to businesses in your region. · Elevating and promoting the full range of company products throughout your customer base. · This is a specialist role operating within the steel/metal sub-contractor trades, targetting metal fabricators, structural steel, and metal decking sector. The Candidate The successful candidate will be a successful, committed sales professional with the following attributes and experience: · A proven track record of success within a B2B sales environment. Evidence of notable business wins with both new and existing customers. · Confirmed relationship building skills demonstrating effective long-term account management ability. · The ability to identify, understand and provide a solution for your customers needs. · Strong motivation, combined with the desire to provide a high quality service to your customers at all times. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver successfully against targets.
