Job Description

Regional Sales Manager
Key facts:
Company over 100 years old - international t/o in excess of $600 million
Highly consultative solution based sale
Clients will include public and private sector - LA's, Schools, hospital, MOD, FM companies, commercial land and building owners
UK sales force of 12 people - 8 earned in excess of £150k and top earner at £247k last year (and this will increase).
44% up on last years sales this year
Package 
- £50k - £55k basic, bonus (£5k year 1, £19k year 2), uncapped commission - Year 1 OTE in excess of £80k.

Requirements experience/skills
-My client are looking for the top 5 percentile of sales people
-Direct sales experience, ideally 5 years plus in a targeted field based role
- Solution selling to small, medium and large sized organisations (selling to public sector an advantage but not essential)
- Experience of the full sales cycle from generating appointments, drawing up detailed quotations, to closing of large scale contracts
-Highly motivated, excellent work ethic, high activity
-Stable employment history, having consistently exceeded target essential
-Ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities
- Selling varied and complex solutions to business', large organisations, architects and specifiers.
- Working to target
- Generating appointments, site and client visits, presenting, drawing up quotations and closing deals.

-A leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance roofing and flooring solutions for commercial, industrial, and public properties - with clients ranging from the military and local authority to large commercial organisations. 
-Their innovative products and facility management solutions have been extending the life cycle of buildings for over a century.

-In addition to earning commission you will be set a KPI related bonus in year one of £5,000 and year two at £19,000.
