Specification Manager Flooring Products Sales
JOB TITLE: Specification Manager.
AREA: Everything South of Birmingham.
BASED: On patch, but as close to London as possible.
BASIC: Circa £43K.
OTE: £50K.
BENEFITS: Company car, mobile phone, laptop, life assurance, pension and 25 days holiday allowance.
THE ROLE
·If you are looking for step up in your career then this is the ideal opportunity for you to work as a Specification Manager, managing a team of 9 specification sales people sell a range of flooring products.
·This is a front line management role, where the successful candidate will be implementing strategic initiatives, giving operational and administrative direction and guidance to the sales force.
·The successful candidate will go on joint calls, promoting this companies manufactured range of flooring products, targeting architects, specifiers, contractors and distributors and there will also be CPD seminars.
·This role will have some involvement in marketing.
THE COMPANY
·This is a privately owned, multi-million pound turnover company.
·Their flooring products are highly regarded and they are well established.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated, have a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team, with an interior, visual product.
·All applicants must be enthusiastic, have drive, innovation, creativity and be customer focussed.
·This company would consider a very good candidate with key account experience, looking for the step up into management.
