• Lift Specification Sales Executive
• Inside M25
• £30-35K plus uncapped commission £10-30K, flexible company car scheme, 25 days holiday, pension and many other blue chip style benefits

• An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a multinational lift company due to promotion of the current Specification Sales Executive. Part of a hugely successful group of lift manufacturers, this role offers a long term career opportunity and scope for progression as the previous incumbents promotion demonstrates.
• You will be selling the companies standard range of passenger lifts designed to carry 6-13 people, which encompasses over 80% of the lifts sold in the UK and therefore there will be no shortage of opportunities to gain sales. Being an existing area that has been vacated due to promotion, the area has been very well managed and you will inherit existing contacts and projects.
• You will be targeting architects and M&E Consultants and contractors to win business for new equipment sales. The company also provides service and maintenance contracts and these are dealt with by another sales team so there will be lots of liason between you and the other sales people to pass on leads and contacts.
• The role will be home based requiring you to pop into the London office one day a week.
• You must be able to demonstrate a stable career path - no job hoppers will be considered. You will also have a proven track record of sales success and achievement and ideally be able to document that success.
• You must have sold either capital equipment or a solution based consultative sale into architects and M&E contractors and consultants in the past as although full training will be given on the product an understanding of the route to market and sales process of specifying a building related product is essential.
