JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager / Territory Sales
SELLING: Maintenance / service contracts for lifts
SELLING TO: Property & facility management companies, but any company with a lift within their building
TERRITORY: London & within the M25, Field Based
LOCATION: You must live within 30 minutes of the territory
PACKAGE: £30k basic, £40k OTE + car, laptop, mobile
THE COMPANY

· Ideally you will have some experience selling service and maintenance contracts
THE CANDIDATE:
· You must be a new business winner with loads of natural drive and energy.
· Ideally you will have some experience selling service and maintenance contracts
· But most important is that you are a structured and professional business-to-business sales person who is target driven and money hungry
THE ROLE:
· A field based new business sales role selling service and maintenance contracts on all makes of lift.
· The role comes with admin and sales support, and there is a qualified database to work from, although you must be confident and happy to cold call and make your own appointments
· A key part of the role is making sure you are targeting the right companies, so you need to carry out research and be quite strategic and targeted in your approach
· Multi-site contracts is the easier way to do the job and that's all about getting in with the property & facility management companies
