Account / Business Development / Sales Manager - £23,000 base - circa £30,000 OTE + car allowance
Based: St Helens
The Account / Business Development / Sales Manager will manage and maintain business from existing accounts, developing new product growth within this client base wherever possible. The Account / Business Development / Sales Manager will also develop relationships with local authorities, housing associations and similar bodies to develop new opportunities for the company's products and services.
Our client is a division of the UK's leading provider of integrated property and security services servicing a huge range of public and private sector clients across Europe.
The successful Account / Business Development / Sales Manager must demonstrate previous sales experience gained within a customer focused environment. The role demands excellent organisational, time management and sales and communication skills. Computer literacy and numeracy skills are a pre-requisite, with the ability to draft sales proposals and deliver professional customer presentations.
Knowledge of the property, facilities management, security sector is advantageous but not essential. Most important is the ability to work cooperatively with clients selling the company's products and services, and the drive and enthusiasm to succeed in a role and company where success is encouraged and rewarded.
