Sales Office Manager - Bricks

THE ROLE:

An urgent requirement has arisen for an established 'Sales Office Manager' to work for one of the UK's largest producers of hand-moulded bricks. This Internal Office Manager role will be a dual position looking after internal procedures / operations as well as commercial sales. Responsibilities for the role include providing support for external sales team, management of internal database, overseeing all logistics and haulage of products, stock control, client relations and all related duties. Sales will comprise of selling the company's bespoke product range across a varied route to market including architects, specifiers, contractors, brick merchants and brick factors. This Telesales Executive role will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class, reporting to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

*Proven Sales Office Manager / Internal Sales Manager / Operations Manager.
*Must have recent experience from within the construction industry, ideally having dealt across mentioned routes to market.
*Fully proficient with all internal procedures of a sales office.
*Ability to work in a multi faceted role.
*Excellent communicator.
*Strong time and diary management skills.
*Diligent / keen attention to detail.
*Autonomous approach.
*Long term relationship developer.
*Self sufficient.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 basic
Commission: Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
