JOB TITLE: Commercial Specification Manager.
AREA: Midlands.
BASIC: £35K - £38K.
OTE: £11K.
BENEFITS: Car allowance, mobile, laptop, pension, healthcare, company credit card and 25 days holiday + 8 days stat.
THE ROLE
·As a result of rapid expansion, this company has an amazing role available to offer a Commercial Specification Sales Manager the opportunity promote their range of systems to design consultants, local authorities, heating engineers and contractors.
·Lead generation and internal sales support will be provided for the Commercial Sales Manager along with extensive marketing support.
·All accounts won will be retained for future growth.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·The successful applicant will have a track record within specification sales selling any form of construction product.
·The ideal candidate will have an understanding of domestic or commercial heating systems.
·Candidates who are familiar with local authorities, architects, heating engineers or main contractors and have a good understanding of construction blue prints and technical drawings are sought for this position.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
