Business Development Manager - Insulation

Location: West Midlands, North Midlands, East Midlands, North West

THE ROLE:

An exclusive Business Development Manager position has arisen with a leading manufacturer of insulation materials. This Senior Field Sales position will involve selling the company's range of high rating building insulation used for various applications including lofts, roofs, walls and floors. Selling across a varied route to market, this role will be dealing heavily with national house builders, main contractors, architects, specifiers, local authorities and various installers across a Midlands and North UK sales territory. This Field Sales Executive role will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

THE COMPANY:

One of UK's leading manufacturers of insulation products, renowned for enhanced product performance and added value. This multi million pound turnover company have experienced sustained periods of growth and have now created an additional position on their external sales team. This company can offer excellent training and career development opportunities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

*Demonstrable sales experience from within the insulation industry.
*Must have sold via mentioned routes to market particularly national house builders.
*Well networked candidate with up to date industry knowledge and contacts.
*Autonomous and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
*New business orientated.
*Ability to develop long term business relationships.
*Key account / territory development.
*Target driven.
*Outstanding communication & time management skills.
*Strategic networker.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic
Commission: Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
