Area Sales Manager - Industrial Air Tools - Midlands. Job ref:3362

£27k basic salary, plus 10k bonus and pers commission, company car,
plus 25 days holiday, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance.

The Role

· Develop and increase total tool sales through distributors and direct sales, by increasing customer base and increasing market share..
· Manage sales and support to direct customers.
· Identify applications, provide solutions and liaise proposals to end users.
· Provide application support and technical knowledge to customers
· Provide training and exhibition support in order to achieve targets
· Ensure that an excellent standard of after sales service is provided
· Pomote new and existing products.

The Candidate

· Must have a technical engineering background and strong commercial awareness.
· Ideally possesses experience in industrial air tools/electric tool sales
· Experienced in solution selling demonstrating influencing and negotiation skills.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
· A very flexible approach to work, commitment and self motivation.
· Excellent planning and organisational skills.
