Role
This role as an Area Sales Manager will involve you selling the company's full range of ventilation and associated products. You will be selling to house builders, architects, consultants, contractors and then back selling via merchants and wholesalers. You will inherit a well established area with existing business already established, as well as being expected to generate new business, with self generated leads and those generated by the company.

Person
You will be an established sales professional selling any product that is sold to a re-seller market place and who is used to creating product demand through local authorities, social housing and house builders market like windows, flooring, general interiors, building products, electrical/ lighting products, general HVAC products like ventilation, air conditioning and controls.
The company will also look at people that work for merchants or electrical wholesalers looking to make that break to a manufacturer.
