Specification Sales Executive
REWARDS: £40 - £45K basic + 20% + car, pension, healthcare.

THE ROLE:
• Due to over achievement and consistently high demand, you will be responsible for the account management and development of new specification sales in a designated area
• You will need to maintain a close regular and professional relationship with major architects and main contractors and be fully confident in all stages of winning, defending and delivering the specification of the companies solutions.
YOU:
• You should have at least 3 years strong specification-sales or Contractor sales experience and have evidence of a good database of contacts within the marketplace
• Our Client insists that you are comfortable dealing with architects and contractors at all levels.
• Successful candidates have previously sold to contractors and specifiers through to local authorities and blue chip clients, working with products such as
• Roofing systems,
• External walls,
• Bricks, Paving, Kerbing, Street Furniture
• Wall cladding,
• Panels and profiles
• Full wall or building-envelope solution.
• External Cladding
• Curtain Walling
• Facades,
• Structural-Steel Framing
