To lead and manage existing and new business opportunities for the Instarmac Group in the Manufacturing sector. Developing the groups products under licensee and distributor agreements. Head office based role with up to 60% international travel. To focus on growing and developing the Ultra brands within the Instarmac group. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director developing overseas contracts.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES (and supporting activities):
1. Deliver Volume sales targets
o Develop an annual account plan that sets out the key strategic aims for new business
o Identify suitable business partners to create distributor or licences sales.
o Increase sales to existing and new licences by introducing new products not currently sold or convert rival product sales to Instarmac.
o Promote brand awareness in line with corporate/ marketing strategy.
o Agree and set targets with customers and manage achievement.
2. Deliver compelling, well thought through and inspiring presentations to distributors
o Construct Winning Customer proposals'
o Plan overseas visits in a cost effective manner with clear objectives.
o Work within the export team department to drive through agreed customer relations
3. Deliver a high quality of work and contributions to Overall Account team
o Lead through example and demonstrate leadership in all team meetings
o Lead by example the Sales team to focus on customer and consumer insight selling.
4. Key Account Management
Protect existing and identify future key accounts through strong business development
5. Fulfil other duties as required
o Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
