Business Development Manager / BDM Chesterfield £30-40K Basic Salary £50-60k OTE + Car Allowance
My Client, a large recruitment consultancy, operating within several markets are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and innovative Business Development Manager required to work within the Building Services/Construction sector.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Develop M&E business for northern region and nationally.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities outside of M&E.
Existing Client/Site Visits.
New Client/Site Visits.
Responsible for achieving personal financial targets.
Ensuring budgets are adhered to.
Contributing towards direction on sales issues to all staff.
Management of sales consultants.
Interviewing Business Development Consultants.
Providing direction regarding merchandise and corporate entertainment.
Collaborating with the Business Development Director in order to set targets/objectives for individuals/teams.
Business Development Manager / BDM personal Specification:
4 Years Recruitment Experience within the Building Services/Construction Sector.
Proven ability of hitting/exceeding quota.
Sound interpersonal skills in order to develop relationships with senior management.
Good sales planning, organisation and reporting abilities.
Good communications, written, verbal and presentation skills.
Self motivating and confident nature.
Package:
£30-40K Basic Salary
Car Allowance
£50-60k OTE
