Sales Administrator / Sales Co-ordinator is required in Coventry, Warwickshire. You will have experience working in a busy sales team with previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Co-ordinator.
My client is a leading engineering based company and are looking for someone to join their busy sales team as an administrator or co-ordinator.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Process invoice queries through to conclusion within 5 days of receipt of query
Process requests for stock returns within 5 days of receiving the request
Progress checks on monthly credit reports and gain authorisation within first 2 weeks of the new period
Respond to requests for support from Technical Sales Team
Support the Administration Supervisor as requested with regard to pricing, discount and customer data
Housekeeping of open returns in line with KPI's
Invoice orders despatched direct
Process orders and invoices for consignment stock
Process customer orders and enquiries and generate quotes on a as and when required basis as determined by the Sales Office Manager
Demonstrate flexible approach and assist in other duties as required
Experience
Experience in a similar role of Sales Administrator / Sales Co-ordinator
Previous work within an engineering biased company
Good level of education including O'level or GCSE Maths and English
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service role
Computer literate
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, written and verbal
Ability to work quickly under pressure
Good attention to detail
