THE COMPANY: Ridgeons Group Ltd employ in excess of 780 staff including 22 externally based Sales People. They have an established network of 22 Branches in the East of England, offering a comprehensive product range of Heavyside building materials and Lightside goods as well as specialist offerings in Kitchens and Bathrooms, Insulation and Landscaping products.
ROLE: ASM - Public Sector - This is a fantastic opportunity focused upon driving sales and developing the Public Sector business. This is to be achieved through prospecting and developing new relationships as well as managing existing relationships with key contractors and maintenance departments within the Local Authority bodies. You will be responsible for the full Ridgeons product portfolio to a customer base focusing on Education, Councils, Social Housing and other Local Authority bodies.
THE AREA: Candidate to be located in East Anglia
THE PERSON: We are looking for a top quality candidate who has experience selling into the public sector, dealing directly with LA's, schools, colleges and maintenance departments. Product experience is certainly not essential however having sold to the RTM is. The successful candidate will be professional and hardworking with an excellent understanding of how to sell to the public sector.
