EXCLUSIVE RETAINED ASSIGNMENT WITH RIDGEONS GROUP LTD.
THE COMPANY: Ridgeons Group Ltd employ in excess of 780 staff including 22 externally based Sales People. They have an established network of 22 Branches in the East of England, offering a comprehensive product range of Heavyside building materials and Lightside goods as well as specialist offerings in Kitchens and Bathrooms, Insulation and Landscaping products.
ROLE: The successful candidates will complement the Ridgeons Groups highly successful sales team. You will be tasked with marketing their full range of both Heavyside Building Materials and Lightside Goods to a customer base primarily consisting of small to medium sized builders and contractors within your territory. You will be expected to proactively drive sales and profitability through both strategic account management and prospecting for new business.
THE AREA: Candidate to be located in East Anglia
THE PERSON: We are looking for a top quality sales professional who is dynamic and looking for a long term career move. The ideal candidate will either come from a merchant or have experience selling heavyside products into contractors. The company have a real focus on customer service so a candidate who appreciates this and comes across professional is important.
Product experience is not essential and our client will look at a candidate who shows they have the right attitude and sales ability to succeed with the company.
