This company has been established for 40 years and they employ 4000 people. All candidates must be able to work to a highly consultative and solution based sales process.

JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Consultant.
AREA: South West.
BASED: Bristol.
BASIC: £26,070.
OTE: £40K - £60K+ uncapped.
BENEFITS: 22 days holiday plus statutory, medical from 1st day plus the option to pay a supplement to include a partner abd/or family, pension, special rates on loans, morgages, insurance and dentalcare.
THE ROLE
·Committed to ongoing development and success, this company is looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to sell the company's full range of directories.
·This is an internal role working from the company's top specification Bristol offices, making outbound calls to prospect customer in order to sell their products and services.
·The Internal Sales Consultant will be backed up by state of the art technology, including three screens with commercial information on the people that are being called.
·This is predominately a new business role although there are lots of opportunities for renewals.
·The commission in this role is uncapped so the earning potential is huge. Bristol's top earner in this position last year made in excess of £100K.
·This company provides very structured, high tech sales training and run countless incentives such as fully paid trips to La Manga, car schemes and additional benefits.
·In the South, they select all their field salespeople by picking the best of their internal staff. They recruit both their managers and major account managers in the same way.
·Career progression in this role is therefore second to none.

·This company's turnover is £4billion, growing 5% year on year; due to the competition commission.
·Although they have to lower their prices by 3% year on year, they are still growing steadily.
·They have recently purchased TPI (Telefonica) in Spain.
·In the last 12months, over £30million has been spent on advertising by this company.
·This company has won many of the top awards for their investment in the development of their employees.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·This company is open on the background of their salespeople. They are so confident in the training, support and marketing that they focus on attitude and professionalism over anything else.
·Resilient people with a structured sales background will have an advantage.
·It is very important that candidates can present a good CV. This company will be looking for strong written skills, a stable history and people that have progressed in their chosen profession.
·The ideal candidate will have a service business to business consultative background, as well as being, well organised, well spoken, numerate and literate.
·Preferably, applicants will have over 12 months experience working within an outbound sales environment, dealing directly with customers and working towards deadlines, results and targets.
·All candidates must be able to work to a highly consultative and solution based sales process.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
