A driven and motivated Specification Sales Manager is required to sell clients materials. This is a well established company within the construction industry as a provider of heavyside, lightside, internal and external materials.
Specification Sales Manager Construction Sales
JOB TITLE: Specification Sales Manager.
AREA: Midlands.
BASED: Midlands.
BASIC: £30K - £40K (dependant on role applied for).
OTE: Uncapped.
BENEFITS: Company car or car allowance, laptop, mobile phone and pension.
THE ROLE
·A driven and motivated Specification Sales Manager is required to sell clients materials via many different routes; these could be architects, contractors, local authorities, housing associations or ANY other specifier.
THE COMPANY
·This is a well established company within the construction industry as a provider of heavyside, lightside, internal and external materials.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Have you specified to ANY of the above routes to market?
·Have you sold heavyside, lightside, cladding, flooring or any other building component?
