Sales Executive - Sales Engineer

The Company
As an UK owned business this company pride themselves on their nationwide presence and ability to perform across the country. This relatively young business has grown to a turnover around £5m and is now looking to improve their market share. Being specialists in the HVAC and refrigeration industry means they can provide holistic solutions to their clients from installation through service, maintenance and replacement. In order to fulfil their business objectives the company needs a Sales Engineer now.
The Role
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the company's sales across the UK. As well as maintaining relationships with the existing customer base the Sales Engineer will be tasked with growing this business both on a local and nationwide level. The Sales Engineer will be dealing with architects and contractors as well as Facilities Management and building services companies. The Sales Engineer will need to use commercial acumen combined with technical abilities to be successful in this role.
The Person
The Sales Engineer will be a pro-active sales person with at least two years experience. With an understanding of the air conditioning, refrigeration or related products the Sales Engineer will be adept at using their technical skills in a commercial environment. The Sales Engineer must be an autonomous, self driven person with a hunger to be successful and play an important role in a company's success.
The Reward
The Sales Engineer will receive comprehensive induction training and then a specific personal development plan. Long term growth and performance will be rewarded in promotion to Sales Manager or Sales Director roles. The successful Sales Engineer will be rewarded with a package of:
