REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - MODULAR BUILDINGS/TEMPORARY ACCOMODATION/OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000, Bonus Opportunities, Company Car, Pension, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Mobile, Laptop, 20 Days Holidays

A REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - MODULAR BUILDINGS/TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION / OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION is required by my client. They are a forward thinking organisation that is instantly recognisable in their field and they set the standards within the market with their exceptional and bespoke products and service. They are looking for someone with strong Business Development experience within the MODULAR BUILDINGS industry,the TEMPORARY ACCOMODATION industry, the OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION/MODERN METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION (MMC) sector as a whole or they would consider someone with experience of selling to BSF PROJECTS to work throughout the UK.
As a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - MODULAR BUILDINGS/TEMPORARY ACCOMODATION/OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION, you will create and implement a strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities as well as furthering existing relationships with clients in THE EDUCATION SECTOR including BSF PROJECTS, THE HEALTH SECTOR, LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THE CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL SECTORS throughout the UK. You will be Measured on Sales & Turnover achieved, Increasing Enquiry Levels and also the Cultural Fit within the business.
You will be responsible for your own personal target, ensuring you hit set targets, and further develop profitable sales. This role offers excellent, diverse and potentially rapid opportunities for CAREER PROGRESSION into more SENIOR MANAGEMENT positions within the company for the successful applicant so you will be a very ambitious and forward thinking individual.
You will possess a Proven Track Record of Business Development within the MODULAR BUILDINGS industry,the TEMPORARY ACCOMODATION industry, the OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION/MODERN METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION (MMC) sector as a whole or you will have a Proven Track Record with experience of selling to BSF PROJECTS to work throughout the UK.
The company require applicants who are Well Prepared, have Strong Market Contacts, can Demonstrate how they have Won Business previously and how they will do it in the Future, are Hard Working, Committed and have Strong New Business skills. They require Candidates who are Hungry and ask questions most people don't ask. They also look for candidates who have a Proven Track record, who are Professional and most importantly, have Drive and Ambition in abundance.
The Key Selling Points of the company and the role are it's a good Company to work for and there's a very strong team already in place as they all have the same focus. Also, they have a very set route for CAREER PROGRESSION with the role due to lead to progression into a SALES MANAGEMENT role in a short space of time and there will potentially be other PROGRESSION routes within the company moving forward.
