A GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR - SECURITY SERVICES, is required by my client. They are looking for someone who has exceptional knowledge of selling BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, HVAC CONTROLS, ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS, SECURITY SERVICES, they would also look at someone who has experience of selling SUPPORT SERVICES, CONTRACT CLEANING, HEALTH & SAFETY SERVICES, MANNED GUARDING, ACCESS CONTROL, ELECTRONIC SECURITY, SERVICE INDUSTRY, RISK MANAGEMENT, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, HEATING AND VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING, M & E, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT orthey may consider someone who sells into RETAIL, BLUE CHIP COMPANIES & MANUFACTURING At a real push, we would look at people with experience of B2B LARGE CONTRACTS, someone who has sold A SERVICE OR PRODUCT WITHIN SECURITY OR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT to work throughout theUK.
As GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR - SECURITY SERVICES,you will create and implement a strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities as well as furthering existing relationships with clients including BLUE CHIP, COMMERCIAL, & DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL You will also be responsible for a TEAM OF 6 DIRECT REPORTS, New Product Development, Route to Market guidance as well as full Sales & Marketing Responsibilities for the company.
Responsible to the Chairman, you will be responsible for your own personal target and your team target, ensuring you hit set targets, and further develop profitable sales. Key aspects include managing proposals, preparing forecasts, managing key accounts and contributing to the marketing strategy within key business areas. A critical requirement will be the ability to lead successful contract negotiations at a senior level involving both technical and commercial issues.
You will possess a PROVEN TRACK RECORD either within BUILDING MANAGEMENT, HVAC CONTROLS, SECURITY SERVICES, HEALTH & SAFETY SERVICES, RISK MANAGEMENT, MANNED GUARDING, MAN GUARDING, M & E, HVAC, AIR CONDITIONING, CONTROL SYSTEMS, CONTRACT CLEANING OR SUPPORT SERVICES or of working and selling into SECURITY SERVICES. On a secondary basis, we would consider impressive applicants with experience in BUSINESS SERVICES, SUPPORT SERVICES OR SECURITY SERVICES orimpressive applicants who have experience in ANY BUSINESS SERVICES to work throughout theUK. The company require applicants who can Drive the Division forward, who Know their Stuff', are Consultative, have a Broad Range of Skills, are Ambitious and Dedicated, who want to Contribute to other parts of the Business and most importantly, who understand the Opportunity and the Potential of not only the role but of the New Products.
