This company is a market leader with a turnover in the tens of millions. A successful track record within specification sales selling any form of internal product via specification is required for this role.
Commercial Sales Manager Solar Shading Solution Sales
JOB TITLE: Commercial Sales Manager.
AREA: Midlands.
BASED: Midlands.
BASIC: £33K - £35K.
OTE: £7K.
BENEFITS: Car allowance, mobile, laptop, pension, healthcare, company credit card and 24 days holiday + 8 days stat.
THE ROLE
·As a result of rapid expansion, this company has an amazing role available offering a Commercial Sales Manager the opportunity to sell solar shading solutions.
·The Commercial Sales Manager's remit will be to develop relationships / specifications with both Architects and designers and to protect the relationship with main and sub contractors.
·This role is a combination between business development and account management.
·Order values in this role can range from £5K to £100k and sales cycles can range from 4 weeks to 12 months.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·A successful track record within specification sales selling any form of internal product via specification is required for this role.
·Such products may include flooring, wall coverings, lighting, soft furnishings, ceiling systems, raised access flooring and so on.
·He ideal candidate will have an understanding of solar shading.
·The successful candidate will be familiar with Architects and main contractors and have a good understanding of the construction sector.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
