BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - M&E Contracting & Building Facilities Management Services

  

Salary:             £40,000 - £60,000, 10% Bonus, Car or Car Allowance, Mobile, Laptop, Pension, Health Insurance and 25 Days Holidays

Our client is a well established global market leader within the M & E CONTRACTING & BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES market sector.  They are a forward thinking, multi-million pound Turnover Company who set the standards within the market with their exceptional service.  Due to continued success and growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ideally with M & E CONTRACTING experience, alternatively they will also look at someone with a background in BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES throughout the UK.

As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - M & E CONTRACTING & BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, you will be responsible for the sale and development of the company's extensive line of M & E CONTRACTING & BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES throughout the UK.  You will be responsible for your own personal individual target, ensuring you hit set target and further develop the company turnover selling into a customer base including THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, THE POWER INDUSTRY, THE OIL & GAS SECTOR, THE COMMERCIAL SECTOR, THE RETAIL SECOR, THE HEALTH SECTOR, THE EDUCATION SECTOR, THE NUCLEAR SECTOR and into BLUE CHIP COMPANIES,so working to a target is something you will be familiar with. 

  

You will assume personal responsibility for planning, development and growth of future Key National Accounts, to maintain, develop and expand the company's service portfolio range within these accounts.  Developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximise the business potential of the region is crucial.

The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - M & E CONTRACTING, CONTRACTING & BUILDING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES must be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-Profile Customers.
