ACCOUNT MANAGER BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS & HVAC CONTROLS
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000, OTE £74,000 (Uncapped), Car or Car Allowance, Mobile, Laptop, Pension, 25 Days Holidays, Benefit Package

Our client is a well established global market leader within the HVAC CONTROL SYSTEMS, BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS market sector. They are a forward thinking, multi-billion pound Turnover Company who set the standards within the market with their exceptional service. Due to continued success and growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional ACCOUNT MANAGER ideally with BUILDING MANAGEMENT OR HVAC CONTROL SYSTEMS experience, experience in a similar marketplace such as M & E SERVICES, BUILDING SERVICES, HVAC CONTROLS, AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING & VENTILATION, BUILDING SERVICES, HEATING CONTROLS, CONTROL SYSTEMS, PRODUCT SALE or FACILITIES MANAGEMENT or someone who possesses experience of dealing with selling into SYSTEM HOUSES, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMPANIES, CONSULTANTS or THROUGH DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS throughout THE NORTH OF THE UK.
As an ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will be responsible for the sale and development of the companys extensive line of HVAC PRODUCTS & BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS throughout THE NORTH OF THE UK. You will be responsible for your own personal individual target, ensuring you hit set target and further develop the company turnover selling into a customer base including SYSTEM HOUSES, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMPANIES, CONSULTANT and into DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS, so working to a target is something you will be familiar with. You will assume personal responsibility for planning, development and growth of future Key National Accounts, to maintain, develop and expand the companys service portfolio range within these accounts. Developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximise the business potential of the region is crucial.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, CONTROL SYSTEMS OR HVAC PRODUCTS market, an allied market such as M & E SERVICES, and HEATING CONTROLS, AIR CONIDITIONING, HEATING AND VENTILATION, BUILDING SERVICES, BUILDING SUPPLIES or FACILITIES MANAGEMENT or someone who possesses experience of selling into SYSTEM HOUSES or DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, will be organised, have a flexible and hands on approach to work and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion. The ACCOUNT MANAGER must be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-Profile Customers.
