We are currently working with a leading Insurance and Financial Services organisation who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding team based in Huddersfield.

The Job

To provide a high quality customer service to potential and existing members whilst following all relevant company procedures and regulation, this role will be on a shift rotation pattern of 4 Days on 4 Days off.

The skills

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
• Ability to take initiative to satisfy customers, and being able to negotiate where necessary.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
• Ability to make confident and timely decisions regarding recoveries.
• Basic understanding of general insurance principles and Financial Services Authority Regulations.
• Previous Call centre/Telesales experience
• Knowledge of the Motor Trade would be desirable as would knowledge of banking methods
• Able to work as part of a team
• A Flexible approach to working
