2012 is going to be another year of amazing growth and expansion for AP Wireless globally!

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing, highly successful and established firm based in Tamworth, near Birmingham. Globally, we have grown from 3 employees to over 90 in the first 18 months of operation and will continue to grow throughout 2012! We are looking to employ forward-thinking sales or property professionals who can share our passion and vision for the future. Perfect for entrepreneurs, top sales agents, acquisition agents, previous mortgage/loan officers, senior sales associates, or anyone that believes they can negotiate and close deals.

Our company is looking to expand its acquisitions team and we need only the "best of the best." We will train and educate you on every aspect of our industry. After the initial training period, our inside Acquisition & Sales Consultants earn the title of Acquisitions Manager. Who we are:

AP Wireless (UK) Limited is the UK arm of the global business AP Wireless Infrastructure Partners LLC, an investment firm with offices in San Diego, New York, Philadelphia, Germany, Turkey and the UK. We specialise in the acquisition of niche wireless assets across the UK and globally. We are looking to convert our half a billion dollar fund into a large, high-quality portfolio of wireless infrastructure assets.

Responsibilities:
Origination and acquisition of wireless infrastructure assets
Develop and independently manage your own pipeline
Assist in generating deal flow and maintaining client relationships
Prepare investment proposals
Negotiate pricing and contracts
Market research activities
Participate in the coordination and organization of due diligence materials & provide transactional support
Develop new and exciting marketing concepts
Acquisitions Manager reports directly to the UK Director

Qualifications:
Highly self-motivated with excellent verbal/written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong quantitative, and analytical and computer skills (must prove proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Ability to think independently, creatively, and critically
Strong multi-tasking ability, organization skills, team-oriented work ethic
Knowledge in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition or similar a plus
Computer skills with an emphasis on internet "search know-how"
Entrepreneurs and highly motivated self-starters
Leadership skills
Sales background with proven track record a plus
Able to work independently; not dependant on boss or manager to "make things happen"

Has performed in the top 5% at every position ever held
Won't be satisfied unless they are number 1
Is self-motivated; entrepreneurial attitude & work ethic
Can operate their "own business" inside of a larger business
Cares more about incentive/performance compensation than salary

Is not afraid to meet or speak with the "rural" farmer or a Fortune 500 CEO

Has the confidence and ability to negotiate and close deals!

We offer base pay, bonus(es), and very aggressive commissions that exceed industry standards. To be clear - there are three elements to the compensation plan (Base + Bonus + Commissions). Realistic earning potential for experienced property/sales professionals is £60,000+ in the first year. Advancement opportunities are available for the right individuals who can prove themselves within the company.
