Job Description

Upsolar produce very high quality Solar panels, and have sales activity across the globe. One of the most innovative companies in the solar sector, Upsolar has quickly established itself as a leader in PV technology solutions

The successful applicant will be required to support the Country Manager whilst also carrying out the following duties

Handle customer issues, order resolutions, authorizations, and general follow-up as needed for customer satisfaction.

Maintain and update customer information on CRM

Review, prepare and process new orders along with changes to existing orders and complete required order acknowledgement and customer correspondence

The potential candidate will be highly motivated, have good communication skills, and account management experience. Experience of the Solar sector wont be necessary
