Job Description

Regional Sales Manager London, South East, North West, North East 

Our client is one of the major players in the financial services market and a FTSE 100 Company.  A truly global business and a household name our client is launching a brand customer loyalty proposition in 2012 and currently undergoing a major recruitment drive.   

We are looking for Regional Sales Managers for London, the South East / Home Counties, North West and the North East.  This is an exciting opportunity for excellent Regional Sales Managers to select, manage and develop their own team and grow their own territory. 

We are looking for truly successful sales people who can demonstrate flare and initiative to develop and own their own business territory. Regional Sales Manager Role: The purpose of this role is to develop a territory specifically targeting small and medium size business (the SME Market) for its client loyalty and rewards scheme.   

Key Responsibilities Regional Sales Manager 

  • To develop a strategic and tactical business plan to build and grow the territory
  • To achieve and exceed sales targets
  • To recruit, manage and develop a field sales team
  • To win new business
  • To manage and develop existing accounts
  • To be able to utilise internal contacts and resources to achieve the business plan

 Key Experience - Regional Sales Manager

  • A proven track record of success in field sales
  • At least 2 years experience of sales team management,   including developing, coaching and mentoring individuals within the sales environment.
  • A background of selling to the SME market
  • A background of selling marketing, media or promotional solutions is useful but not essential.
