Job Description

We are currently looking for several Sales Advisors on an ongoing basis to join one of the countries largest Insurance and Financial Services organisation based in East Croydon .

The Role

This position is looking for candidates to work in an inbound call centre taking calls from customers requiring quotes for General Insurance policies and turning these quotes into sales. You will be required to sell the policy, building rapport with the customer and closing the sale.

Experience / Skills Required

• Candidates will need to have excellent communication skills
• Sales ability with a track record and experience within Sales (Experience from within Insurance Sales would be desirable but is not essential)
• Flexible in their approach to work
• A desire for high earnings and a challenge.
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Ability to work in a target driven environment.

In return this position is offering an excellent Basic salary between £16,000 - £19,000 with excellent overall earnings and excellent benefits that include, Final Salary Pension, Excellent working environment, Staff discount (Internal and external) along with various other attractive and extremely competitive benefits. This position would be working n a flexible shift pattern that would include around 1 in 3 weekends
