Our client is an established recruitment consultancy specialising in the temporary and permanent placements of finance associated professional.
Due to continued growth they are now looking to their next intake of talented consultants to take the business on even further.
The role involves prospecting companies both over the phone and face to face across a multitude of industries and selling the services of the company. You will also be responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates to fill your clients vacancies, which means you will be conducting web based searches, developing recruitment strategies, interviewing and matching the candidates to the clients specific spec.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a true self starter, have the ambition and determination to succeed in this competitive industry and the desire and resilience to close the deal.
