Regional Sales Manager - FMCG Services

£40,000 Basic Salary £55,000 + Pension Company Car + Mobile + Laptop

The Company - This UK market leader in FMCG finance services has been the market leader in its field for over 20 years. With a large national sales force covering every area of FMCG markets such as convenience, multiples and wholesalers, this exciting and ambitious company is now looking to expand its management team structure. Selling ATM machines, merchant services terminals, lottery concessions and bill paying products, your team have a dynamic product offering to sell into their clients.

The Role: As Regional Sales Manager you will be targeted on increasing distribution points across the North West and North Wales areas. Managing a team of thirteen sales representatives, you will be responsible for training, developing, targeting and mentoring your staff whilst assisting with larger clients when the need arises.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG man management or even B2B man management. You must have a proven track record in developing teams, growing business and training under performing sales people. You must be enthusiastic, passionate, driven and hard working. It is imperative that you lead from the front and can work autonomously.
