Financial Sales Advisor
£20,000 PA, OTE £30,000

The role is a telephone based sales conversion position.There is a never ending amount of leads coming through to the business and conversion rate is excellent.The candidate who will get this role will be articulate, driven, polished and with an ambition to both earn an immediately great bonus and grow a very successful career.

• To generate business equal to or in excess of target set for month.
• To maximise the client database by converting every lead potential.
• To provide the best possible advice to clients regarding their profile and to the level of compliance expected by the business.
• To ensure that computer records and all pre-sale documentation is distributed to the client.
• Prepare and administer internal documentation in preparation for a client joining the programme.
• To administer advisor diaries and work flows within the given timescales.
• To ensure that all targets are met within the specified time scale.
• To maximise the potential of a conversion into a 1st payment, by ensuring that all the paperwork is accurate and complete.
• To maximise the potential of agreed business by utilising effective sales techniques.
