We require highly motivated, hard working, intelligent Graduates, who are looking to make a career in Recruitment, a high energy sales industry where your effort and hard work will be rewarded.

Recruitment is a sales industry and this is a professional sales position. This is important to understand. It is not a communications, marketing or HR job and it is not about "helping people". It is about actively finding clients and selling your service to them and in turn searching for and canvassing potential, high quality, candidates to fill the clients vacant positions. Most of which is done over the telephone.

The Recruitment industry, and therefore the people who work within it, is driven by targets, goals and ultimately financial gain. You must be prepared to work incredibly hard in this entirely, meritocratic environment, as you are frequently required to work long hours in order to get the job done. A strong appetite and desire to succeed combined with a determined work ethic will reap YOU the high rewards that Recruitment can offer.

You will earn commission on any deal you make from day "1". Within your first year an OTE of £ 35k+ is very realistic. Top Earners in Recruitment can and do earn £ 100,000+ per year. This comes from a lot of determination and very hard work!
