Our Client is one of the UK's leading property investment firms, based in prestigious office in the City. Due to continued growth in land investment, property development and indeed the UK Governments own targets for new build growth, our client has carved out a niche market that is available to investors of all sizes. Through internal growth and their ongoing commitment to existing investors, they now have an exciting opening for a Senior Land Sales Consultant.

As a Senior Land Sales Consultant you will work with investors to increase awareness of our client's full portfolio of investment solutions. You will, through account management, fully understand their requirements and aspirations and work in partnership to deliver the very best in investment return. Applications are being invited from those candidates with a minimum of 2 years previous sales experience gained selling into the high net worth sector. You will be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a professional organisation to further your career. You will have excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self motivation and excellent time management skills as you will be juggling various tasks at any one time.
