Senior Consultancy Sales - Employment Benefits

£40,000 - £70,000 basic salary, Double OTE plus benefits

London Based

We are one of London's market leading consultancy firms, providing a full and comprehensive service to companies supplying employee benefits such as pension schemes, medical cover, life assurance and flexible benefits. As part of our success in the market over the past 35 years we are naturally expanding and therefore require additional Business Development Consultants in a new business sales capacity.

As a senior member of our team you will work very closely with the development of the internal telemarketing team who's job it is to generate, qualify and book sales appointments for both you and the other new business sales consultants. It is then your job to attend the qualified appointments, discuss the clients requirements in full detail leading through to a full audit of their current situation which in turn will lead to you being able to present a full proposal of the new benefits scheme options.

You will have previously sold and worked in a target driven consultative environment and be confident at selling/presenting at director and board level. You will need to have the ability to build strong relationships with each key decision maker involved and must also be a self motivated energised person who is well presented and a great team player.

Not essential, but an added bonus, would be if you have previously sold employee benefit solutions into the mid markets through to corporate or knowledge of the financial or pension services markets.

Basic salaries will reflect experience levels with basics ranging from £40K up to £70K, OTE double basic salary plus many benefit options.
