Sales Manager Trading Platforms

45-60k Base, 90-120k uncapped OTE + Bens
Are you an experienced Sales Manager on the way up in your career and looking for a new challenge? If the answer is yes, then this may be the opportunity for you. Headquartered in New York with offices in London, Hong Kong and Sydney, our client is well placed to serve the worlds leading financial districts. This award company delivers and maintains a trading platform that has thousands of users across bankers, brokers, hedge funds and so much more and they currently need a Sales Manager to drive a large London based team.
As an experienced Sales Manager you will lead a team of up to 15 internally based sales executives to new heights. The role will involve the close management of daily and monthly targets and come with full responsibility for team growth, revenue generation and all aspects of successful sales management. The ideal candidate will posses a minimum and quantifiable track record of at least 4-5 years b2b sales management experience where you lead large teams of 10+. You will be a natural leader with a can-do attitude and the personality to bring the best out of a large team. Your presentation and communication skills will be second to none and you will be comfortable reporting at board level.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary commensurate with experience in the 45-60k range plus a truly uncapped six figure OTE. Additionally there is an executive benefits package available.
