Probate Administrator (Field Sales Executive) in South London
A number of field based Probate Administrator / Field Sales Executives are sought to join this market leading probate administration service. The role of Probate Administrator is to conduct home visits with potential clients, to promote the company's services and highlight the benefits of the package they offer.
Appointments are based on warm leads that have been pre-qualified and handed over to the Probate Administrator once a home visit is booked.
The organisation is leading the way with their pricing philosophy by providing their clients with a transparent fixed fee service, and also offers free bereavement advice to help with the practical issues after a death.

Salary: £32k - £35k + OTE up to £60k

The Probate Administrator / Field Sales Executive role will include the following roles and responsibilities:
-Attend home visits with potential clients, showing the customer why they need to use the service to help them through the Probate process
-Acquire and retain complex technical information, using attention to detail in order to help the client understand the service and its benefits
-Working to set targets and objectives
The ideal Probate Administrator / Field Sales Executive will possess the following:
-Substantial field sales experience in a customer facing sales environment e.g. Financial Services, Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales
-A proven track record or meeting and exceeding sales targets
-A high level of interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
-The ability to listen and empathise with bereaved families, whilst being able to build rapport and trust
-A high level of computer literacy
This is a demanding sales role and will include both qualitative and quantitative targets. In return for your hard work, the organisation offers a flexible working week, competitive basic salary and high commission payments for each client case approved.
