Our client has been established since 1966; with a cross continental turnover of approximately $350 million operating in over 120 cities with an average growth of 50% per year. They passionately believe that their people are the cornerstone of their business; this is a sales driven environment where success is richly rewarded. Training and development are paramount with up to 20k being invested in their New Business Development Executives within the first six months of their career.

Our client is the world’s largest provider of bespoke clothing; providing a comprehensive service for the discerning customer.
The concept is to provide an experience akin to the quality of Saville Row but at the convenience of the customer with a consultation within the familiar surroundings of their own office. No previous experience within fashion/ tailoring is necessary, indeed sales professionals from a consultative environment are more likely to excel within this role.

Our client is searching for sales executives who aspire to a long term career with the business, not a short term job.
You will need to be self motivated, passionate with a strong work ethic and have the ability to converse with an elite clientele. In return you will find an employer that can deliver your expectations in terms of career progression, recognition and financial reward.

The top ‘rookie’ in 2006 earned approx. $120k in their first year; a salary of up to £24k basic will lead to a realistic OTE of £40k in Year 1. With up to 85% of business being through referral and recommendation your earnings should grow organically to £60k in your second year and £80k in your third year.
