Anson McCade is looking to expand their IT Recruitment arm. The roles require only those with ALL the personal qualities described below:

1)         An outgoing, involving and empathetic personality who can listen as well as talk. Quirky, individuals with a strong personality and a dry, non-pc sense of humour will suit this closely-knit, team-oriented environment.

2)         Be at ease in social situations and able to create conversation in difficult circumstances.

3)         A sharp, inquisitive and intuitive mind plus a willingness to learn a great deal within a short space of time.

4)         A fantastic work ethic with a strong awareness of the importance of due diligence.

5)         An excellent, clear and very well spoken telephone manner. Anson McCade's clients are exclusively major, high value corporations who expect the highest quality service and professionalism.

6)         Be prepared to take a good number of knock backs. This role requires only tough individuals who understand that a solid and well-paid career will take a great deal of work.

If you feel you have ALL the necessary qualities described above, this career may be appropriate to you. Currently, Anson McCade is looking for individuals to fill two positions. For those wishing to start a career in sales, we are looking for market researchers/resourcers who will assist recruitment consultants in their day-to-day business.

In return, you will find yourself in one of the most rewarding sales environment available! Financially you will be able to take advantage of one of the strongest commission structures in the city, which offers an uncapped 6-figure salary!  A basic salary is available from £16,000 to £36,000 (Negotiable on a case-by-case basis) with a high commission band, which will continue to increase along with your basic as you meet (and exceed) your targets.
