They are currently looking to take on 10 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work from their head office in London. Ideally you will be educated to Degree level with a pro active approach to work and real drive to earn as much money as you possible as quickly as you can. This is a sales role where you will be earning commission. You will be directly rewarded for your hard work.
As a trainee consultant you will be sourcing new clients and classifying their needs. Then you will pro actively source individuals who match the client's specification. This is a two sided sales role. The client relies on you to find the best possible people to meet their recruitment needs. And candidates want you to supply them with a rewarding employment opportunity to progress a career. Essentially your role is to find the right people with the right attitude and skills and placing them with the right company to achieve the greatest success.
