We are currently working on behalf of one of the countrys largest Insurance and Financial Services organisation who are looking for Both Customer Service and Sales Advisors to join their expandning Inbound call centre based in East Croydon. Both posiitons offer excellent carrer options as well as excellent working enviroment and competative salary

The Role of a Customer Service Advisor

For this position candidates will need to have excellent Customer Service experience and will ideally have worked in a phone based role or call centre previously, the role will involve candidates receiving incoming calls from customers who want information on both new and existing insurance positiolces as well as customers who need to make amendments / changes to their current policy. The candidate will need to have an excllent telephone manor and be able to provide the best level of service to the customer at all times.

The Role of a Sales Advisor

This posiiton will require candidate to take incoming calls from customers who require quotations on personla lines insurance products, the candidate will then sell the policy to the customer whilst maintaing and excellent level of customr service. Candidate will need to have excellent sales ability and will have iderally come from a tele sales background and be target driven, this role will not involve cold calling as all calls are inbound.

Both of these positions have an excellent opportunity to build on their success with the company and progress into a career within the Insurance Industry, both positions are paying basic salaries in the region of £15,000 - £18,000 with an excellent bonus and benefits package
