We are currently working on behalf of one of the countrys largest Insurance and Financial Services organisation who are looking for a number of Customer Service and Sales Advisors to join there expanding operations based in central Croydon.
The Role of a Customer Service Advisor: £15,000 - £18,000 plus benefits
The candidate will need to have either Customer Service or Sales experience and have experience from a call centre, Candidates from within the Insurance or Financial Service industry would be an advantage but this is not essential. Full training will be provided on this position.
The Role of a Sales Advisor: £15,000 - £18,000 Basic, + excellent commission and great benefits
Candidates will need to be strong sales people who will be able to sell General Insurance to both new and existing customers whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all time.
In return my client is offering excellent salary and benefits along with a great opportunity to progress within this company.
Candidates will need to come from either an Insurance or a Strong Sales Background. In return the OTE for this role is uncapped and you will earn around £28,000
