Business Development Manager Dealing Rooms
London
25-60k Base, 50-120k OTE + Exec Bens
Our client is a leading company offering one-stop technical expertise on dealing room projects. Specialising in relocation, resizing and new builds; our client has moved, redesigned and developed trading floors / dealer rooms for many of London's leading and largest financial institutions. Due to growth they now require an experienced and Senior Sales Professional to work in a business development capacity.
As a Business Development Manager you will responsible as an individual contributor to secure business across a targeted account base. With access to our clients leading solutions you will target known investment banks, leading brokers and dealer rooms on a national and international scale. This involved sale comes with varied order values and sales cycles that can alter in length. Contact Certus Sales for further information on this exciting opportunity.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum and quantifiable track record of 2-4 years dealer room / trading floor solutions sales experience, where you will have sold into the UK and international banking / financial sectors. You will be an over-achiever with the communication, presentation and relationship management skills to liaise and influence at senior levels.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary commensurate with experience in the 25-60k range plus a truly uncapped OTE that has anticipated first year earnings in the 50-120k range. Additionally there is an executive benefits package available.
