Business Development Manager Bid Consultancy

70-100k Base, 120k OTE + Exec Bens

Our client is a successful and growing sales and bid consultancy specialising in assisting clients who are bidding for complex and typically long-term contracts in both the public and private sectors. With their successful and proven business model, they assist large global organizations to win UK bids and contracts. Services include operational support, virtual sales teams, positioning and much more. They now require a Senior Sales Professional to complement their team.

As a Business Development Manger you will work in a 'Sales and Relationship' capacity, working as part of an internal team to identify and develop new bid opportunities for clients. You will undertake market segmentation, sales strategies, SWOT analysis and proposition development duties for a range of multinational clients. The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 70-100k with an uncapped OTE of 120k plus an additional benefits package.
